Project Manager

Infosmith is looking for a person with excellent qualifications, IT technical experience and communication skills to join us in a role which includes both Project Management and Technical Support.

This person must understand the financial necessities of running a business and must successfully motivate and manage the team in order to achieve both customer satisfaction and business targets.

The team provides IT outsourcing in a Microsoft / Cisco / Compaq environment.

Our Project Manager must provide advanced technical support to both staff and clients, allocate tasks and projects, ensure deadlines are met, record billing data, write and present reports to management, measure performance and provide appraisals and feedback to staff.

Business Systems Analyst/Technical Consultant

Infosmith has a role for an individual with a logical, clear approach to solving problems. This person will provide IT support and undertake tasks and projects in an IT outsourcing environment.

This role requires tertiary qualifications, excellent technical skills and good written and verbal communication skills. Three years extensive experience in Microsoft Software Solutions is required as well as the ability to comply with written instructions, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Specifically, the role involves installation of hardware, operating systems and applications, training of clients in the use of installed systems, daily communication with clients and management, and research of solutions and new technologies.
